Maigret 2. - The neck-leg kitten

Alfred Le Triste is out of luck. While he is robbing the office of a well-to-do dentist, to his shock, he finds a female body frozen in blood. Fearing that he would be charged with murder if he was found there, he escapes the scene. When Alfred recounts what happened at home, his wife calls Superintendent Maigret, hoping that this will clear Alfred's name. Maigret immediately rushes to the scene of the murder in Neuilly and asks Dr. Sarre and his wife interesting questions to which he doesn’t really get satisfactory answers. Maigret's instincts indicate that something very strange and mysterious is happening in Neuilly, especially that the doctor's wife is missing ...
